MEET TODD
I wasn’t in the boardroom; I was in the trenches.
Decades in the corporate grind, juggling deadlines, sales targets, and trying to hold it all together
while coaching youth sports on nights and weekends.
Three kids. Multiple sports. Carpools. Late dinners.
I’ve been married for nearly 30 years, and then I came to the realization that I was running on
fumes. Burning it at both ends because I thought that’s what strength looked like.
But somewhere along the way, I looked in the mirror and didn’t recognize the man staring back.
Burnt out. Foggy. Just going through the motions.
Not broken but disconnected from the fire I used to feel.
So, I made a choice:
- To slow down, not stall.
- To build rhythm, not chase peaks.
- To reclaim energy, clarity, belief and belonging and to help others do the same.
